1.Represent and run infrastructure support service on two factories and offices owned. 2. Provide infrastructure support on supported factories and offices for regional projects, new releases and deployments. 3. Interact with Account Managers to understand service level agreements and communicate the same to vendor and central support teams. 4. Maintain working relationships with the key stakeholders on supported factories and offices 5. Act as a primary contact for all customer queries and issues. 6. Serve as the interface between the customer and the other IT support teams in a company. 7. Suggest infrastructure upgrades, modifications and deployments to technology leaders in company based on local business needs. Make sure site funds (CAB, Running Cost) is planned for suggested projects. 8. Supervise vendor resources to support and maintain company IT infrastructure on supported . Maintain working relationships with the key stakeholders on supported factories 9. Monitor & Optimize site infrastructure costs and report back to Service Manager. 10. Support technology leaders (new tehnology, digital) 11. Conduct risk assessment and develop mitigation plans for local infrastructure. 12. Perform root cause analysis of infrastructure problems and develop resolution plans. 13. Perform incident analysis and suggest action items. 14. Work with the team to develop problem management and service improvement plans. 15. Maintain all documentations for deployment, maintenance, upgrades and problem resolution activities. 16.
